London Vet Show

Due to unexpected staff changes Ways & Means stepped in to run all elements of the operations of this multihall event with 8 weeks notice. 

In the 2 day build Ways & Means oversaw the build of 8 Conference Theatres for audiences between 300 – 1000. Feeding of the 6000 delegates over the two days was also a military operation, working with the catering team at the venue Ways & Means facilitated the delivery of lunches, including special dietary requirements so that no one waited more than 10 minutes to receive their meal at the event.
