The London Dessert Festival

With eight weeks to the event, Ways & Means joined organisers of The London Dessert Festival, picking up the operational reins to launch this experiential event at The Truman Brewery in 2019.

Transforming the venue into a dessert wonderland, Ways & Means worked with the team to deliver live cooking demo’s, marshmallow & sprinkle ‘pools’, cocktail bars, donut walls, immersive experiences and treats a plenty. With their sensible hats on, Ways & Means also managed the complex task of food safety ensuring the exhibitors were compliant and the 5000 visitors over the weekend were able to enjoy the event, and the desserts, care free.

Ways & Means are continuing to support the organisers in moving the event to The Business Design Centre, Islington, in 2022; sugar coating yet another iconic London venue into a dessert filled haven for the weekend!
